Is Moffatt's translation of Isaiah 43:5 the "more accurate" one?

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, and gather you from the west; I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' and to the south, 'Do not keep them back!' Bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the ends of the earth –

...from the far east will I bring your offspring, and from the far west I will gather you,

The INC deems the Moffatt translation of Is. 43:5 the "more accurate" one because Moffatt connects the words "far" and "east" together, which to the INC designates the Philippines (The Hebrew scriptures do not do so, which is even admitted by God's Messenger in the February 1957 edition Page 37).

Our question to the INC is this: Why does the Moffatt version also read "far east" in Genesis 2:8 in reference to the Garden of Eden? Was the Garden of Eden in the Philippines?
